Our Program
The All Means All School Leadership Program is a 15-month, cohort-based fellowship for school leaders and their school- or network-based teams that pairs key levers to address inequity in schools with deep coaching, feedback, and collaboration to sustain it.
How It Works
We train, coach, and support school and system leaders in building strong cultures with inclusive mindsets and applying technical problem-solving that removes barriers to learning. Leaders in our cohorts create school spaces that lead to revolutionary growth for even the most disadvantaged learners — becoming proof points and exemplars for their networks, school systems, and societies to adopt and scale.
We support leaders through:
Professional Learning: foundational programming in the spring to ensure a strong school year launch plus a Professional Learning Community (PLC) throughout the following year
1:1 Coaching: individualized coaching for principals and customized support for teams
Onsite Visits: at least one in-person school visit to build deep context and embed coaching
Exemplar Visits: Optional opportunities to see and learn from exemplar All Means All schools
Our Impact
Our program is a direct response to the immediate need for action in education — and the support leaders need to make this change a reality. Since our founding cohort, enrollment has grown by more than 70%. Many of our partners invest for multiple years with multiple school and system leaders. We measure our impact with student outcomes at the center, and look at whether leaders are building the capacity to sustain change and actively dismantle systems of advantage through their work.

“In the world of education right now, it is easy — and often right — to say ‘no’ to large-scale change or additional add-ons. This is why I believe so strongly that it is the RIGHT time for leaders to dig deep into the All Means All work. Partnering with All Means All really focuses on solving problems, thinking creatively, and having a clear focus to support all learners. In my work with All Means All, when it was time for implementation, it was some of the best changes I have made. When done right, instead of as an addition for staff, it felt like what was best for students and families and what the team had been wanting but unable to name.”
