Start Your All Means All Journey
Our 15-month leadership development cohort experience is designed to give you the relevant tools, high-quality training, and context-responsive coaching you need to create spaces where equity, hope, and outcomes co-exist. You will build a better overall school while closing disproportionalities for students with disabilities and other intersectional identities that have been historically marginalized.
We are now enrolling school and system leaders for our fifth cohort, which will begin in March 2025. Confirm by February 12 to receive an Early Bird discount and ensure your spot! (final deadline for admissions is February 29).
We are looking for leaders who want to partner with us to make a positive change in their schools, networks, and districts.
What is the Enrollment Process Like?
Our process is centered around the idea of “informed enrollment” to give every potential participant and sponsoring organization the information you need to make an informed choice to engage in and partner with AMA. Our enrollment process typically involves two calls - one with the organization executive sponsor, and one with each potential participant. We know you don’t take these decisions lightly and value your partnership!

AMA leaders and organizations must demonstrate, above all else, a fierce commitment to change and a willingness to be vulnerable and reflective. If you bring commitment and vulnerability, this program can transform your school and school system.
AMA is intended for districts and CMO networks that aspire to build system-wide change by creating bright spots, proof points, and learnings at a selection of pilot schools to then scale across the broader network/school system. Organizations may choose to start by sending a one principal and a partner at the system-level, or many choose to bring members of their central academic team with a selection of principals to build alignment and catalyze change.
To participate, organizations must send a minimum of at least one principal, and can build a broader team from there. School roles such as APs or system roles such as Chief Academic Officer, Regional Superintendents or Head of Schools, Director of Student Support find AMA to be relevant and impactful.
The ideal leader and teams for this program:
Have the full support of their superintendent / executive team to prioritize the work and the flexibility to design and pilot
Have a strong baseline foundation in academic and school culture systems
Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion and equity, with a desire and appreciation to do both the adaptive and technical work in mindsets and systems
Are willing to root their work in data, reflect honestly and vulnerably on what is and is not working, and challenge the status quo to make change
Consider this a priority in addressing the needs of all students, including those most underserved
