Stephanie Garza,

Before joining the All Means All Team, Stephanie Garza taught for 5 years in public education as an English, ML, and AVID Instructor. In that time, Stephanie was dedicated to leading Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion work and initiatives in order to learn and guide her staff in serving and supporting all students of all identities. As a part of this work, she teamed up with her district administration in learning about the effects of student belonging through a culture of dignity. She is now the Director of Operations for the AMA Team. She has a masters in Teaching with a focus on English Language Learners and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Western Washington in Bellingham, Washington.
