Rosie Carlson,

Rosie is entering her 5th year at Alpha Public Schools, a charter organization in East San Jose, Ca., as the Managing Director of Academics. She has spent 14 years working in partnership with systemically underserved communities in California (northern and southern CA) as a teacher, coach, and leader. She is passionate about creating and cultivating spaces where every individual can show up as their best selves. She works collaboratively with the entire school and network communities to ensure that we are, as the adults, creating and implementing programs and opportunities for our students to be the best that they can be.
