I am a results-driven passionate educator who believes ALL students can succeed. As a former principal I strive to always remember what it is like to work in the school house. As a former principal supervisor I love spending my time coaching principals to build their instructional leadership capacity to make transformative equitable decisions. My goal is to help principals, assistant principals and school-based leaders build a community where ALL students thrive socially, emotionally and academically. I am honored to work to change the trajectory of students.
