Karen is a results-driven passionate educator who believes ALL students can succeed. As a former principal, she strives to always remember what it is like to work in the school house. As a former principal supervisor, she loves spending her time coaching principals to build their instructional leadership capacity to make transformative equitable decisions. Her goal is to help principals, assistant principals and school-based leaders build a community where ALL students thrive socially, emotionally and academically. She is honored to work to change the trajectory of students.
