I am starting my 12th year in education and my 8th year serving the Madison Community in Nashville, Tn. I started my education career as an elementary teacher and stumbled into a middle school setting and fell in love with serving students at a pivotal time in their lives. High expectations, and achieving the unthinkable is something that my team has embodied, propelling our LEADers and the community we serve to excellence. We have had the opportunity to provide rigorous academics and change the trajectory of the school, giving our LEADers opportunities to prepare themselves to be advocates for themselves and their community.
