Dominique is starting her 12th year in education and her 8th year serving the Madison Community in Nashville, TN. She started her education career as an elementary teacher and stumbled into a middle school setting and fell in love with serving students at a pivotal time in their lives. High expectations, and achieving the unthinkable is something that her team has embodied, propelling her LEADers and the community they serve to excellence. They have had the opportunity to provide rigorous academics and change the trajectory of the school, giving their LEADers opportunities to prepare themselves to be advocates for themselves and their community.
