Dami Molumo embarked on her educational journey in 2019 as part of Teach for America in New Orleans, LA. Initially teaching at Opportunities Academy (OA), a school serving individuals with moderate to severe exceptionalities between the ages of 18 and 22, Dami's dedication and passion propelled her into the role of Transition Coordinator. In this capacity, she connected students and their families with community agencies supporting individuals with exceptionalities. Demonstrating continuous growth and commitment, she currently holds the position of Program Director at OA. Dami Molumo is recognized for her adeptness in building transformative instructional systems that effectively bridge the equity gap for students at OA. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Towson University. Her educational background and professional journey showcase her commitment to fostering inclusive and equitable learning environments.
