Cornelius Dukes is a passionate educator dedicated to driving student achievement and enhancing school climate through innovative programs and strategies. Prior to joining All Means All, Cornelius served as a turnaround school leader for a K-8 charter school in South Florida, where he improved student proficiency by 40% in just one year. He has also held roles as an Assistant Principal and founding principal, implementing restorative practices and establishing New Orleans' first therapeutic day high school for students with behavior exceptionalities and emotional trauma. Cornelius is the co-founder of I.D.E.A. Education Consulting, LLC, providing coaching to school leaders nationwide, and the founder of MPower, a community supporting black male educators in public schools. His career focuses on improving outcomes for marginalized students through restorative practices, authentic community-building, and supporting students with exceptionalities. Cornelius holds a deep commitment to creating equitable educational opportunities for all students.
