Alexis is a seasoned leader within the social impact sector, currently offering consulting services to organizations seeking transformative change. Her zone of genius lies in optimizing organizational effectiveness through her strategic, people-centered approach to culture and systems development. Previously, Alexis played a pivotal role at Digital Pioneers Academy, a 6-12 charter school in SE DC. There she served in diverse capacities including Director of Special Projects, Director of Special Populations, Director of Curriculum, and Director of Finance and Operations. A participant in the AMA program's inaugural cohorts, Alexis remains deeply committed to AMA’s inspiring pursuit of radical change for our schools and the experience of our marginalized communities. Holding a BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, she calls Washington, DC, her home and continues to drive impact within her community.
